Delivery Time

Kiddies Vibes is offering delivery services nationwide to Canada and US. We deliver via Canada Post and UPS. Please refer to the delivery Service website to learn more about their delivery schedules.

Most orders are processed within 14 working days but there are few products that take up to 18 working days and will be indicate don the product listing. The delivery time is processing time plus the shipping. Kindly take this into consideration if you have an event date to consider. Some items that are marked ready for immediate shipping will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

After placing your orders, customers can choose the different shipping options. There are standard and urgent shipping options. The options you select will give you an estimate of the delivery time. However, please be reminded that there can be delayed dispatches during peak sale periods, and we will notify you of such delays beforehand.

Please note that order confirmation does not employ the order shipment.

Safe-Dropped Delivery

If the delivery person does not find anyone at the delivery address to sign for the delivery, they will leave the order at your door in a safe place. If leaving the order at the door is not possible, your mailbox will be left with a calling card advising you to pick up from the closest post office.

Once the tracking details are available on our website, you can request a change of delivery address for your own convenience.

Note: We are not liable for delayed deliveries due to unavoidable circumstances such as floods or lockdowns.

Once you have confirmed your order, we will provide you with a tracking link once the order is processed and ready to ship. By clicking on that link, you can track your order. You can also check the email you mentioned in the order details to track your order.

Delivery Address

We do not take any responsibility for the loss or theft of any order. Therefore, it is requested that you provide a complete and authentic delivery address, such as your home or office.

Duties and Taxes

Please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply upon receiving orders shipped outside Canada. The customs authorities of destination countries apply these duties and taxes, and we do not have control over such duties and taxes. It is your responsibility to pay duties and taxes.
